The Submarine Growler will be closed from November 14 through December 16 for restoration work, thanks to a grant from the National Parks Service Maritime Heritage Program. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Tickets can be purchased on location at our Welcome Center or online. Tickets purchased, whether in advance (online) or at the Museum (Welcome Center) are valid for 6 hours on the date of your arrival to the Museum (not the date of purchase). Final Entry and Last Ticket sold one hour prior to closing.

Pier 86 is Free to the Public. To access the pier for free, please enter through the Welcome Center.  The pier is open during museum hours only. Please see our Code of Conduct for pier restrictions.
