On-site Field Trip/Group Program Request Form

Looking for a field trip? Fill out our form and we can help make it a memorable experience for everyone!

Please fill out this form if you would like to schedule a Guided Field Trip or Group Program for your educational group or organization (September 2024-June 2025 requests). This form is specifically for in-person guided programs at the Intrepid Museum. For self-guided trips please email groupsales@intrepidmuseum.org 

In order to secure your spot, all reservation and payment information must be received at least two (2) weeks before the date of the visit.

Reservations Guidelines: 
NYC DOE Schools interested in reserving funded guided field trips may do so on the following schedule. Due to high demand, we are unable to accept requests for funded guided trips prior to the dates indicated for NYC DOE Schools. For Self-Guided trips, please email groupsales@intrepidmuseum.org anytime. 

Now accepting reservations through December 31, 2024.
For January 1, 2025-March 31, 2025, reservations open December 15, 2024.
For April 1- June 30, reservations open March 1, 2025.

Are you bringing any self-contained classes? (For non-school groups, is the group primarily for individuals with disabilities?)
Are any of the students multilingual learners?

Do ALL of your multilingual learners share the same first language?
Program Information
Please request program dates with enough time for processing all required forms and payment paperwork. All forms and deposits or payments must be received at minimum two (2) weeks in advance of the program date(s).

Funded programs are held for 48 hours without a signed confirmation, Covid form and credit card placed on file. Credit card must be placed on file in order to hold the reservation. If you do not show up for your fully funded class, a charge of $75 will be charged to the card. Partial no-shows of 15 or more students will incur partial fees based on the percentage of the total no-show charge."
