Three Ways to Create an Entrance with Impact

By Brittany Deane

We all know how important the first impression is! The entrance is the most significant component of an event—it sets the tone for the rest of the night. It’s very important to consider the ease of branding opportunities. At the Intrepid Museum, we have optimum opportunities throughout our complex, not just in the event space itself.  Our goal is to create an attention-grabbing experience that builds anticipation for what may come.

Let’s look at three great ways to captivate your audience.

Live Entertainment and Product Display
Eye-catching entertainment and product displays are awesome ways to make your guests feel at ease, let loose and enjoy the experience. Our park-like pier offers endless possibilities.

LED Video Wall
For tech-savvy clients, our large LED media wall offersmaximum impact and builds anticipation. Incorporating your logo or message into the decor will create a visually stunning entrance.

Image Projection
Logo placement during an event can increase brand awareness for a sponsor and generate customer support. Check out our dynamic display projected onto the captain’s bridge of Intrepid’s flight deck.

Remember, the exit is just as important as the entrance. Don’t miss the opportunity to leave your guests with a memorable impression.
