Have you ever wanted to meet Cecil Fielder? Shake hands with Bucky Dent and Mike Torrez? Get an autograph from Shane Spencer? This weekend, join these four former New York Yankees at the Intrepid Museum for the 7th Annual WCBS/Yankees Radio Network FanFest on Saturday, September 7.

Yankees World Series MVP (1978) Bucky Dent will be signing autographs from 10:00am to 11:30am, while Yankees pitcher Mike Torrez, who was on the 1977 World Series-winning team, will be on hand from 11:00am to 1:00pm.

In the afternoon, Shane Spencer, a three-time World Series Champion with the Yankees (1998, 1999, and 2000), will be on the Pier from 12:00pm to 2:00pm, and power hitter Cecil Fielder, who was an All-Star in 1990, 1991, and 1993, will be signing autographs from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. Bring your favorite Yankees memorabilia, but autographs only; no photographs.

Elsewhere on the Intrepid Museum’s Pier 86, baseball and Yankees fans will enjoy interactive games and gaming booths, including speed pitch, home run derby, and batting cages.

The Health and Wellness Village is back for its 2nd year, featuring health tips and screenings from health professionals and exhibitors. And there will also be a performance from the band The Nerds. All events taking place on Pier 86 are free and open to the public from 10:00am to 4:00pm on Saturday, September 7.
