1. Event planners are not morning people.
 
 
2. They can make even the toughest and most frustrating event look flawlessly executed. It takes a lot for good event planners to lose their cool, even when disaster strikes.
 
 
3. Event planners are “yes” people. They love the thrill of taking a crazy idea and finding ways to make it happen. Crane a pickup truck onto the port side aircraft elevator? Sure. Host the X-Men Academy, where people attempt flying and electrocuting themselves for fun? No problem.
 
 
4. It’s a win when they eat lunch before 4:00pm. Between site visits, logistics meetings and proposals, when do they have the time?
 
 
5. There are many different types of event planners. Certified meeting professionals, in-house planners for venues (like us), destination management companies, corporate event planners and wedding planners. One of the biggest things they all have in common? They love being able to plan events.
