The Intrepid Museum is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our Finance team. This role reports directly to the Controller and will play a key part in supporting the monthly close process, with a strong focus on account reconciliations, partnership revenue reporting, and payroll-related accounting. The Intrepid Museum is seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to join our Human Resources Department. We are looking for a resourceful, team-focused professional who is a motivated, detailed-oriented individual with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Benefits Manager manages and administers all aspects of benefit programs including ongoing plan evaluation and rollout of new benefits, vendor management, and compliance and communication of benefits programs and policies to current and former employees. The Benefits Manager will also oversee and maintain the integrity of the data in the HRIS System and will liaise with payroll in order to report all employee status changes on a biweekly basis. This role may also assist the VP, Human Resources with generalist functions including recruitment, performance management and employee relations.

The Intrepid Museum is looking for a full-time Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for supporting daily social publishing, creative storytelling, and community engagement across key social media platforms. This role reports to the Senior Social Media Manager and works closely with special events, communications, creative and video teams to expand the Intrepid Museum’s reach and engagement. The position will coordinate activities with internal departments to support their respective initiatives, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating an engaged social media and digital community.
The Intrepid Museum is looking for a full-time Public Relations Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting in the development and coordination of publicity programs to support media objectives of the institution’s programs, events and business goals. In addition, this role will develop and edit content for the Museum’s various distribution channels.

The Visitor Services Ambassador will serve as the Museum’s leading representative by demonstrating exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and engaging demeanor. By displaying a confident and strong work ethic, the Ambassador will support the entire Visitor Services team as they provide a united enthusiasm for the Museum experience.
