Donation Request Guidelines
The Intrepid Museum is committed to developing strong community ties through involvement with local organizations and continually supporting our daily activities of honoring our heroes, educating the public and inspiring our youth. A donation from the Intrepid Museum includes General Admission for up to four (4) guests and is valid for one year.
- Donation requests will be accepted via our website only.
- Incomplete forms will not be considered.
- Donation requests must be submitted at least 8 weeks prior to your event or deadline.
- Due to the volume of requests, we are unable to donate to the same organization within an 18-month period.

Donation Request Form
The Intrepid Museum receives a high volume of requests for each month, and unfortunately must turn down requests beyond a certain capacity. Please fill out the form completely. Completed forms will be reviewed. If we are able to fulfill your request, a voucher will be sent via email to the address provided. Please do not call or email the Museum to check on the status of your submission. Unfortunately, due to the overwhelming number of requests we receive, we are unable to speak with each applicant. Thank you for your understanding. If your event is chosen, we will reach out to you with a confirmation.
