On-site Field Trip/Group Program Request Form

Please fill out this form if you would like to schedule a Guided Field Trip or Group Program for your educational group or organization (September 2023-June 2024 requests). This form is specifically for in-person guided programs at the Intrepid Museum.

In order to secure your spot, all reservation and payment information must be received at least two (2) weeks before the date of the visit.

Reservations Guidelines: 
Groups interested in reserving field trips may do so on the following schedule. Due to high demand, we are unable to accept requests or reservations prior to the dates indicated.

Now accepting reservations through December 31, 2023.
For January 1, 2024-March 31, 2024, reservations open December 15, 2023.
For April 1- June 30, reservations open March 1, 2024.

Program Information
Please request program dates with enough time for processing all required forms and payment paperwork. All forms and deposits or payments must be received at minimum two (2) weeks in advance of the program date(s).

Funded programs are held for 48 hours without a signed confirmation, Covid form and credit card placed on file. Credit card must be placed on file in order to hold the reservation. If you do not show up for your fully funded class, a charge of $75 will be charged to the card. Partial no-shows of 15 or more students will incur partial fees based on the percentage of the total no-show charge."
