Access Family Program: Fly By Design (Teens and Adults)
For children (ages 5-17) with developmental disabilities and their families
How do you build the future of flight? By learning from the past! Take a closer look at the amazing aircraft in the Intrepid Museum’s collection to sharpen your observation skills, spot the differences between historic flying machines and uncover the innovations shaping the next generation of airplanes.
About Access Family Programs: The Intrepid Museum offers programs for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families on select Sundays during regular Museum hours. Families take a guided tour of the Museum and can participate in art-making activities that everyone can enjoy. A program for children is offered in the morning, and a session for teens and adults in the afternoon.
Registration info: Free with advance registration. Registration opens one month before the program date. Space is limited. If you have any questions, please contact: access@intrepidmuseum.org
