Join the Intrepid Museum in partnership with National Air and Space Museum for a 90-minute virtual professional development session focused on growth, iteration and problem solving to empower students to ask critical questions, analyze their environments and generate solutions. Participants will explore the impacts of the Women Accepted for Volunteer Emergency Service (WAVES) and Women’s Airforce Service Pilots (WASPs) through artifact exploration from both Museums’ collections.
The session will also include discussions on how growth, iteration and problem-solving work together to explore various perspectives through a hands-on workshop that can be utilized in the classroom.
This course provides 1.5 CTLE credits. Registered participants will receive a program link and other information prior to the programming date. Materials are not provided. Virtual check-in will begin at 5:45pm EST.
