Honoring Charles Bolden, NASA's First Black Administrator

In honor of Black History Month, we are shining the light on Charles Bolden, retired Marine Corps Major General and NASA’s first African American Administrator. Through an oral history with the Intrepid Museum, Bolden recalls how Dr. Ronald McNair, the second Black astronaut in space, pushed him to apply to the astronaut corps. Watch the video above.
