The Museum offers free admission for electronic benefits transfer (EBT) cardholders and up to three guests. Must have valid photo ID. Tickets can be redeemed at the box office.

Guests with admission vouchers and passes purchased through a third-party vendor, must purchase tickets for add-on experiences at the Museum, including tours and flight simulator rides, on location at the Welcome Center's Box Office.

Tickets can be purchased on location, at our Welcome Center's Box Office or online. Tickets purchased, whether online or at the Welcome Center's Box Office are valid on the date chosen or date of your arrival at the Museum. Final Entry and Last Ticket sold one hour prior to closing.

Pier 86 is Free to the Public. To access the pier for free, please enter through the Welcome Center.  The pier is open during museum hours only. Please see our Code of Conduct for pier restrictions.
