Kids & Families

Looking for something to do with the kids in New York City that is fun, exciting and educational? The Intrepid Museum offers family-friendly activities and programs all year long that keep children engaged, entertained and curious about history and science. Fun rain or shine, the Museum offers both indoor and outdoor interactive exhibits and activities.

Adventures Await
Field Trips

With guided, self-guided and virtual tour options available, student groups can explore our restored spaces, artifacts, aircraft collection, oral histories and exhibits, covering a range of different subjects, for an inspirational and memorable field trip experience.

 

Stay and Play
Overnights

Operation Slumber allows guests to experience Intrepid “after hours” from sunset until sunrise the following day with opportunities to discover Intrepid’s Hangar deck, Flight Deck and more.
